Once you open a trailer, you can hit the space bar to pause and the escape key to exit. If it takes awhile to start playing, or stops and starts while you are watching it, it might need time to load. Just pause the trailer and wait for a minute or two.
If the trailer doesn't work at all, this is a known issue that we're working to fix. Just email us with the name of the movie and we'll take a look
