Known Issue: Movie lists are stuck on a date in the past

If you find your Box Office, Upcoming, or DVD movie lists stuck on a date in the past, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Make sure you are running the latest version of Flixster app. Visit BlackBerry App World to verify: http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/2180

2. Make sure proper permissions are set for the app according to this FAQ article http://flixster.zendesk.com/entries/178664

3. If the problem persists after completing the previous two steps, use this as a workaround: Start on Box Office/Upcoming/DVD tab with the outdated movie list, next navigate to Search tab and navigate back to Box Office/Upcoming/DVD, now the movie list should be updating.
