Known Issue: I have a Storm2 and always see the touchscreen keyboard.

Try these options:

  1. Press the BlackBerry menu button when the app is running, and click on Hide Keyboard
  2. If that doesn't work, go to Options -> Applications. Highlight "Movies", press the BlackBerry menu key, and select Disable Compatibility Mode from the menu.
