Known Issue: My Bold 9000 reboots when I try to watch a trailer

You're most likely running OS version 4.6.0.167, which is known to be buggy. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do to fix that bug. However, you can upgrade to the most recent OS version for your device (we highly recommend this). To upgrade, back up your data first and then go to Options -> Advanced Options -> Wireless Update. Follow the onscreen instructions from that point to complete your upgrade.
