Information that could be useful:
- The browser you are using, for instance Firefox 3.6.3. You can generally find this information by clicking on the dropdown menu with the name of the browser, which is at the upper left on your computer screen. Then click on the "About" option.
- Whether the problem happens sometimes or every time you use the site.
- What you were doing before the problem happened, and/or what page you were on.
- What you were trying to do when the problem happened.
