The most likely explanation for this is that you have unlinked from the UltraViolet account containing that movie. Your Flixster account reflects the content of the UltraViolet account it is currently linked to. Even if you redeem a movie on Flixster, you are redeeming it to your Ultraviolet account, and unlinking from UltraViolet will result in that movie disappearing from your Flixster collection page.
To see the movie on Flixster again, link to the original UltraViolet account. If you do not know the login credentials to that account, please contact Ultraviolet support.
